Laatste update op 18 November 2017

This, of course, I had to do for myself: making my own Spritz Aperol, the real McCoy from Venice. It appeared to be fairly easy and here is the recipe.


  • liter aperol
  • liter spring water
  • liter prosecco from the Veneto-region
  • an orange

And then

Mix the fluids this way:

  • 40% prosecco
  • 30% spring water
  • 30% aperol
  • + and orange part

If you got this right, you will have created a lovely Spritz Aperol successfully. Keep it cool and now hurry, into the sun and enjoy!
