Yes! The sample copy of my book is ready!

It has been a process of endurance, but the result is finally there: the sample copy of my book ‘Venice with a hint of poetry of Willem de Mérode’ is ready (Dutch only though, I’m afraid).

The first copies of the book are being printed in October 2017 with which I can find a publisher. As soon as the book is being sold, I will get back to you. As a sneak preview I present to you the cover:

This website will remain on air and I will keep posting new information about Venice. I have grown to love Venice and in the meantime I know so much more about the city (and I love doing that too). So to stop is no option. In addition this site may receive over 100 visitors a day, and I’d like to offer something new about Venice regularly. Actually, now the book is ready there is more time left to do just that.
